Walk to the beach! Two bedroom unit in the heart of Jax Beach

Very homy, very comfortable loved it sm!

The location is great! Close to everything! The place was clean and very comfortable! We would stay again for sure.

We loved the walk ability ! Such a great location!!! Nice to have separate bedrooms and a comfy living room with well appointed kitchen so close to all of the fun at the beach .

We honestly had no complaints …. Maybe a few extra bed pillows and bath towels would be appreciated!!

Our host was very accommodating and understanding of our situation. He made our stay comfortable. My 4-year-old daughter was getting active at midnight and being on the first floor, downstairs guests were disturbed by the noise during the nighttime I am sure our host communicated to the guests and they did not make further complaints. Thank you, Sir

I would have liked better dishes in the kitchen instead of plastic ones but I can understand the reason if guests were not keeping such dining sets valued and making losses for the host

Easy to get to and from Mayo Clinic

It was fine .

Breakfast was not included or expected in this Airbnb. The apartment was nice and spacious with lots of storage. The location was perfect for our needs. Great neighborhood!! Nice and quiet. Beach/cottage feeling! Nicely decorated. Unexpected amenities: Full length mirror in both bedrooms, iron and table top ironing board, hair dryer, beach chairs, extra floor standing fan & even some clothes hangers.

The inside temp. was satisfactory, but you could not adjust it. Not a problem for us at all.
