There was bugs in the room! All they said at checkout was they would make a note of it. will not recommend this place

I liked nothing

We woke up saturday morning being bitten by bed bugs and coach roaches. The front desk did not seem to interested and we had to ask for a cancellation of saturdays stay. They offered no help and we had to wash and sanitize everything. I am very u happy

Absolutely nothing it was disgusting there was bugs in the room even on my bed I took lots of pictures and sent them to customer service I'm disgusted and very unsatisfied I am cannot believe I paid for a room like that

I did not like this smell of the mold I had to be removed rooms because of the strong order The second room smell the same but just a little less strong but when I woke up I noticed how many little bugs were everywhere The bathroom crawling on the floor on the walls even on the bed and pillows that I was sleeping on disgusting You should be shut down

Very dated and could definitely use a good deep cleaning

We were able to check in even though it was way past check in.

The front desk seemed inpatient. Kept reminding us we were super late for check in. The room was dirty, the bathroom needed to be scrubbed. Some kind of moths or some bugs on the ceiling. Bed was uncomfortable.

Breakfast provided the staff was decent

Maybe at times we didn't understand each other
