Location was very good. Size of the property is ok.

Not upto the expectation as the villa is not a beach view property. It is the first property in a row of villas where the first property is closer to road (not to beach). So not good in terms of value for money. Cleanliness need to be better as the doors/kitchenettes were not maintained well.
