The location, comfort and the views. Is located in a very nice and fancy building in Makati, super close to a mall which is located jut around the corner with supermarkets and restaurants. Very well connected all over makati area and 20’ away from airport

This was a lovely flat, very clean, and cosy, just like the description. The host obviously put a lot of effort into making their guests feel welcome. Little things like a couple of bottles of water, and although I didn't need them, there were new toothbrush, toothpaste, and other things you'd more often find in the better hotels. Wi-Fi, and power were very reliable, and a couple of supermarkets, food outlets and a 7-Eleven at the base of the Condo. The reception and general environment of the block was clean and well maintained too. The host was also very co-operative and flexible with my check-in requirements.

The traffic could be a little noisy, but I think that's just Makati! The MRT was about 2km away.

The host was extremely accommodating and friendly with great communication. There was everything you could possibly need within the apartment, it was very clean with a great view, if I return to Manila I will definitely stay here again.

The security staff were unfriendly, and it seemed to be a real effort for them to check me in because I was disturbing them on their phones. At times the wait for the lifts was long but that to be expected in a large complex.

The property was modern, clean, close to my office in Makati and had lots of food options at the bottom of the building (Air Mall)

Nothing. Everything was as expected.

The unit was very comfortable and had everything you need to enjoy your stay. It was in a great location with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The host was very easy to communicate with and answered our questions promptly. I would stay here again.

The grout in the shower and bathroom floor was mouldy and needs a good scrub.
