clean and modern room excellent location

there is no pet bed. the last Rakuten hotel we stayed in had pet bed the house allowed pet is not facing Mount FUJI sad..

I loved everything about this place! Booked this for my mom’s birthday and she loved it so much. She even said we’ll come back for spring and Christmas this year! We had the best family time with the unbelievable view of Mt Fuji and Lake Yamanakako

The only thing I didn’t like is that they do not offer late check out. But other than that everything is spectacular!

Loved the view and the jacuzzi tub! Everything was clean. Amenities was plentiful. Easy to check in and everything was very clean. Peaceful area.

Not really suitable for 6 adults and 3 kids because there's actually only two rooms - one room with two double beds and a loft, and the other room isn't actually a room but a loft area with two double beds. Good for families with many kids I guess!

Clear instructions emailed before arrival helped a great deal. Very easy to self-check-in via the tablet in the house. Virtual verification by online staff was convenient and easy.

No change of amenities (towels) during our 3-day stay

I like the environment.

I faced problem keying the password on the lock. And the internet network at the information was very bad. My family spent 45min in the cold weather.

The view of the room, good for young family. But it's better for 2 group of family not 3 as one room was inside another room. May be more for teenage. Good facilities.

Check in progress was nightmare especially when you do not have internet overseas. The have no check-in centre so you have to do it yourself. Highly recommended you check in early but you won't receive the chekxi in detail the day before so make it hard while you travelling. Also this is not a villa for old people or any walking difficultly people as the steep steps.
