The location and facilities were good for the area

No easy public transport access - only car/taxi. Check in process was convoluted and required many steps for a large group

"Good location, not much to do. Not many eating options close-by. Car is essential due to the area."

Property was nice; good and quite location in general.

Parking situation is tight. 2 random luggage were present on the property behind the shed located near unit 104. I called Rakuten, they ensured me that it would be removed, but they were not removed!

Location, modern facility

Not enough chopping boards or cutting knives(only 1 of each) The floor was dirty - not visibly dirty, but if you wiped it yourself itโ€™ll be black. The washing machine isnโ€™t modern enough - please consider purchasing something more high-tech to match the rest of the place. As soon as we walked in we could tell the previous people had been barbecuing. Although I think itโ€™ll be a challenge, you need to find a way to ventilate the place throughly. Itโ€™s a minor complaint, but you need to have more towels available.

Really well equipped in amazing location to see mt Fuji. 101 or 102 maybe slightly better but 105 is good. 103/104 have no view
