Room was exactly what I needed clean tidy lots tea coffe snacks provided lynn was and amazing host and even accommodated early check in for me would highly recommend excellent value

Considering the cost, it offered exactly what I needed for the night. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and I appreciated the little message from the host in the evening asking if I’d like a welcome drink - a really nice touch.

The only small negative was that there was no coffee in the room for a morning drink but it wasn’t a major issue as I grabbed one on the road. If you are a massive coffee lover like me…maybe just pack your own. Parking is on the main road but it’s only a min walk away from the property and I got parked at ease.

Simply put. A perfect stop over.

Accommodation and facilities were clean and tidy and inexpensive and the host was very helpful. Which was perfect for what I needed which was somewhere to sleep and work from the next day when making a flying visit to the area.

Shared bathroom facilities and lack of coffee in the room despite facilities being provided.
