Great stay and made to feel very welcome by Lynn on arrival. Comfortable, clean room with fridge, kettle, tea & coffee, ironing board etc (pillows were great!). Nice quiet area and lovely view from the bedroom window. Bathroom was also very clean.

Could've done with some blackout blinds/curtains as room did get very light early in the morning with the sun rising on that side of the house.

The location was lovely. It was excellent value for money. My review on any place I stay in is placed on the basics. I travel for work and I only care about the place I am in. Here goes excellent communication throughout. didn't physically speak to anyone but it was nice to know if I needed anybody I had a number to call. Excellent wifi signal, awesomely comfy bed. High standard of cleanliness. Easy enough to commute from. The lovely tea tray was a bonus and kept me in chocolate for the 2 nights I stayed. Just for feedback and by no means a negative I would have liked a room that had blackout style curtains as I am quite a light sleeper and it was a bit too light in the room but it is summer after all no whinging. I'd happily recommend it to people to stay in a clean tidy basic room. Thank you for all your efforts much appreciated as I don't like being away from home and stays like this make it easier to put up with it. Kind regards Rick.

Didn't have breakfast and was only there one night so didn't view the location as weather pouring rain.

The room was exceptionally small with no tv either. No room for your clothes either. Very clean though and so was the bathroom, but wouldn't stay again.

Everything, host was very friendly and the room was spotlessly clean
