"Good"

1st impression was it was decapitated. The entrance way banister on the stairs was completely rotten a massive safety issue as we had physically disabled guests who needed the banister. The 1st night, there were cockroaches all over the house. I've got photos. At $1500 a night it was totally unacceptable. The AC barely functioned. We discovered the filter hadn't been changed for 4 months and impeded the air flow. Then there was a water puddle in the pantry in front of washing machine we didn't use. The host promised a discount for the inconvenience of their pest problem, but then made excuses and never gave us a refund. Totally untrustworthy host. Gross cockroach infested rental house. BEWARE

Cockroaches, failing air conditioning and rotten entrance way wood. Mysterious water leak from washing machine that we didn't use
