Well-presented rooms.

Driveway was dirty; we were welcomed by the dirty linen and washing equipment form the last guest at the landing near the entrance; the house was very cold on arrival; the central heating control was not working, if we didn't know how to work the heater manually, it would have been a very distressing night.

Location superb, right in the middle of Barnet High Street. A very spacious 2 bedroom apartment with all the necessary amenities for a short stay. Complimentary toiletries and toilet paper provided. Superb central heating which was very necessary in January.

An upgrade in pillows and towels would be nice. No lift

Lovely flat with all amenities, comfortable beds and spacious enough for a small family. Close walk to the tube station which takes you directly into central London

Two flights of stairs to gain access, but not too much of an issue

A great and clean space not far from the tube with good amenities and cheap parking near by. Staff resolved most but not all of the issues.

Very noisy from the road - maybe should have expected this. No bedding provided for 3rd bed even when requested. Power cut, intercom regularly ringing for no reason and heating didn’t work - all thankfully resolved after a bit of hassle. Dirty entrance and stairwell (cigarette ends). Didn’t respond to comms about an item we left.

Had a very nice stay at the property with my wife and two daughters. It is a spacious two bedroom apartment which was very clean and tidy. It's just off the high street so lots of food options nearby. The station is a short 6-7 min walk from the location (northern line). The property manager was very responsive over messages and can be contacted for any support.

not able to check in till later than noted, had to wait for cleaner to finish and waited in the car. stayed for my daughters 11th birthday/ dance competition, was cold so slightly frustrating as already two hours past check in time and still wasn't ready.
