the location is very convenient

the cleanliness of the unit need to be improved. there are kitchen utensils however no kitchen clothes is provided. hence we need to use tissues to clean the dining table. the aircon of 1 of the room is very noisy and the noise wake us up for more than 5 times throughout the night.

Swimming pool & gym

Only 1 key card for the whole apartment with 10pax.... Hard to access the pool as it need keycard to go in and out x2..and others wants to go shopping nearby also need keycard...i suggest at least provide 2pieces of the keycard for the 2 rooms apartment. 1 each... Thank you!

Check in procedure. Spacious house with a nice view to soothe the eyes.

There’s no start button or instructions on how to use the microwave. It’s not a brand that Malaysians familiar with.

Beautiful View and apartment design Can see airplane fr close distance- new experiencd Location Swimming pool is nice Comfy bed Perfect for huge family Quick and good service

The kitchen utensils- bowls n plates in plastic..should give porcelain ones. Could leave some cloth for cleaning the table Dryer was not available but quickly resolved by staff so all good. Towel has bad musty smell, like due to non proper drying.
