Hot Tub, 25min to Snowdon Watkin path, Stunning Mountain Views

A lovely little cottage with nice views. It has the potential to be a nice holiday home. James the owner always responded to messages very quickly and gave great instructions on how to find the cottage / key & local facilities. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen has a washing machine which was really useful after muddy walks.

This is a very small house, fine for 2-3 people but no more. the lounge only seats 3 people. The electricity runs off a pay as you go meter! James does put a small amount on but its not enough if you want to cook an evening meal and have the heating on! The hot tub is heated via fire. it took at least 4 hours to fill it and get it hot enough. No logs or matches are provided so we spent £10 in logs per evening. The house is mouldy. James is aware and has been for months - see reviews on ABNB- The small room was unliveable due to the smell and visible mould on 2 walls. My daughter slept on the couch instead. We paid £100 in cleaning fees so there's no excuse not to complete a deep clean. The 1 bathroom is tiny. The sink is about 10cm wide, but does have a great shower.

Cosy cottage full of character. Everything you need as a home from home. Views were amazing- perfect location to explore many of Wales’ scenic locations as well as being close to local amenities. Owners were extremely helpful and responsive to questions.
