It was a very comfortable and cosy place. With good facilities and a potential parking space.

If not driving it may be difficult to move around without good taxi contact.

Nice building and everything clean. The heating was excellent. Lovely shower room - good shower too.

Portable convection hob needed specific type of cookware. The frying pan that worked was badly marked/burned and not non-stick. The nice pan wasn't suited to convection hob... No oven. There was nowhere to sit to eat except a very low futon with two side tables. Only one tea towel provided. Original property spec mentioned a fireplace. We were then told we could not use it - this was disappointing.

Great little cottage, lovely decor, great location.

The bed was a little low for my elderly mother but we managed.

Easy to access. Good bathroom.

Some loud music on last day as we were packing up. Plenty of on-road parking, but off-road not available as we would have blocked in a truck. Coffee machine, but no coffee pods as shown in photos.

great location for Santa Pod and Stanwick lakes visit. ideal for couple, but wouldn’t recommend for more than 2 people. convenient parking and stunning chinese just around the corner great size smart tv

lovely property however plenty of room for improvement kitchen - would be better of with stable door so you can open them when cooking main room - only half of the windows open which makes this room unbearably hot the sofa - i have never sat on anything more horrific in my life. every single review mentions this sofa, yet nothing has been done about that. you might be more comfortable sitting on the floor. also there is a lack of dining table, you would be better off replacing the desk in the room with fold out dining table and chairs on our first morning of the stay the owners reached out to us to make sure we have 5star stay. they have said “any request no matter how small or big please let us know”. i did reply that it would be nice to have some capsules for the provided coffee machine. my message has never been read nor responded to. overall it was a pleasant stay, but the two nights we had was plenty, wouldn’t wanna stay longer or in more people (as the ad suggest it’s ideal for 4 people)
