LGA Airport near, Studio walk in bsmt Apt in a Private House!

sichere lage, auch nachts auf dem weg zur metro, eigene dusche- im gegensatz zu anderen angeboten in ny netter host, jederzeit erreichbar einfache unterkunft, preis- leistung für ny sehr gut

kühlschrank sehr laut- mit oropax ok den ersten abend unangenehmer geruch, dank hinweis des hosts, die klimaanlage eine zeitlang laufen zu lassen kein problem mehr.

location was great but needs some walking to the metro or bus station

the smell of the garage (old leather, damp cloth and paint) came into the room

The arrangement was cool such as kitchen facility, refrigerator, microwave, iron tools etc. All in one makes us happy.

Need little bit concern about small window where as you can see someone working outside even we don’t know someone can see us from outside. Rest room window was cozy and it’s not properly sealed.

Nothing I didn;t like evertyhing

Before you get in to the room you will pass the open dirty storage on your left and it smells . The refirgerator was rusty, the toilet was clogged , the floor was slippery and it smells stink. I compliant with the owner and he moved us on the 1st floor but then the kitchen has no light, stove, microwave was not working. On the next day the pilot gas smells in the house and I called him he didnlt do anything until we check out. He wants us to checked out on Friday instead of Sunday and did not refund my 2 nights. He said that the first floor was 395 per night and I said no way thats more than on the hotel. The owner said I am the only one that complaint a lot and he will throw me out from his house. I wish I recorded all he said. I will not stay on this property anymore and I recommend to check it out first before you commit with the onwer of this property.

The owner was very friendly and a awesome person location was nice and comfortable We enjoyed our days excellently.
