The Holloway Haven - 1 Bedroom Apartment - Private Access & Parking - Prime Location Near Oxford City Centre

Parking. Modern facilities. Good location as on the bus routes.

Lack of basic facilities, such as s toaster, kitchen utensils etc. The backyard was a mess but didnt need to be. The double bed was too small and less than a foot off the ground. Tge noise above was aften late in the night.

Rooms were excellent and clean.

The occupants upstairs, didn't realise that there was apartment upstairs so I could hear footsteps. Also would have been helpful to have bin liners for bathroom and kitchen bins, I couldn't find any. Also parking at front was abit intimidating as a woman on my own, it would of been helpful to know in advance otherwise a great place to stay!

The shower and the string pull switch were too high for my partner to reach so I had to do that for here. Not a big problem, could just be a tad better I think.

Clean, apartment. With stylish, modern furniture. Very close to city centre, bus stops and park and ride. Very helpful host who informed me about an item I'd left behind and took the time and trouble to post it to my home.

Weeds at front of property didn't make a good impression. Garden was overgrown, block paving on terrace had many weeds too. Comfy bed but very low to the floor so perhaps not suitable for those with mobility problems.

The property was spacious with a homely feel. The sofas and bed were cozy.

The property is quite close to the city with regular buses running past the door. The property is ok for very short stays but not really ideal for older folks!

Bed very low. Base on the floor!, couch not very comfortable and squeaked a lot when any movement; couldn't get the television to work - kept getting a message 'no network' yet there was wifi to the property. Garden not at all inviting! Grass uncut, despite plastic chairs on the lawn, so didn't feel comfortable sitting outside There had been an obvious attempt to paint and tile apartment but unfortunately not very well done

Shower too high no television no WiFi no help dirty towel .

Great and comfortable stay. Having a kitchen was very useful! Opposite a bus stop to town which was very easy to use. Hosts were easy to contact and where really nice.

Make sure to bring extra hand towels. One for the bathroom and kitchen. Some crockery was a little dirty. But minor problems for the price we paid.

Easy access to the place, free parking at the front and spotless little flat.

The area whilst near the centre of Oxford didn’t feel 100% safe. And while the flat was very clean, there were some marks on the walls/ceiling that made me a little skeptical.

Clean with everything we needed. Location was superb, bus stop literally across the road and 20 minutes on the bs to the city centre

Nothing! It was very hot so a fan would be helpful but honestly in the uk not a huge problem!
