It is a street level shop, where you hear all the street noise in the evening (especially on weekends)

Location

It was very rainy and cold days. Heating only at night for few hours. In day time no heating. I would prefer heating daytime not at night. So was too hot to sleep and too cold to stay at daytime. Matrass needs to be changed. It seemed that it’s been used 20 years. Holes and etc.

Perfect location, spacious apartment, very nice owner

Toilet seat was broken, coffee pot was not suitable for the stove. There was no towel in the kitchen. Floor was dusty.

10 plus for the location. Few steps away from the true heart of the city, restaurants nearby to have a good dinner and a pedestrian shopping street right around the corner. Easy access to the hop-on hop-off bus or to the public means of transportation to reach any desired place to visit, but the most important are reacheable by foot, due to the good location. The host is very nice and helpfull. The property is large, clean and cozy. The longer you stay, the more you love everything about it.

It’s hard to find something we didn’t like.

Located very close to center of town 15 min walk will get you to most places. The host was excellent, Not only recommended a great place for dinner but also called a made a reservation for us without asking. Very clean room.

Due to being on the ground floor and centrally located, traffic can be noisy. A few items in the room could be repaired, and lighting in the main room is inadequate.

Check-in process was very easy Located in the center. Good Wifi Room was overall nice, but could use some improvements

The air conditioner did not seem to work (and the room is located on the ground floor, which means the windows cannot be open and you can't leave the door open as people walk by). It was somewhat warm, but it's also true that there were some very hot days. Could do with an ironing machine and a garbage bin in the kitchen.
