Lovely 1 Bedroom Condo in the Heart of Seattle!

What a wonderful place! Extremely comfy, super clean and in a nice part of town, well connected to the market and seafront by bus and a five minute walk from the Space Needle area. Having a washing machine (and complimentary soap for it) was life-saving by the end of our trip!

It got pretty warm during the day (mid-July), the AC couldn't keep up and the only window was a door to a shared patio so we weren't that comfortable leaving it open unattended after sunset to ventilate the heat off. The bedroom was also quite small but that didn't diminish our enjoyment of the place.

Why not put a double bed or twin bunk beds in the bedroom. The fake fur throws on the back of dining nook was just tacky. Should get rid of it. Besides the black recliner chairs, it could use some brighter more colorful or natural color funiture. The patio windows curtains & shower curtains could be updated to something more appealing than the current drab colors. The beige sheer curtains could be cut & hemmed to hang better. The shower & sheer curtains could use a washing if not replaced. There are plenty of colorful inexpensive plastic curtains with floral, animal, or abstract geometric designs with matching bath mats that would enhance the bathroom. The couch could use a good steam cleaning if not replaced. Cabinet above fridge could be better organized instead of stuff just being thrown in it. You could raise rent after some updates. I'd rent it again.

Great location in a nice, secure and safe building. Coffee shops and a market just down stairs. Large apartment living room and full kitchen with all the amenities you need. Laundry a huge plus! Rooftop patio gives great views

The AC broke during a heat wave and it was hot! No windows and no way to open the doors that open into community areas. If we had gotten a replacement unit it would have been a perfect stay.

Great location. We were able to walk to Pike Place Market, the Aquarium and to Lumen Field.

Bed room was very small. Could add some knives - especially a bread knife.
