"Definitely worth the visit!"

Everything was great especially the location and exclusivity.

However, the property was old and some places it showed more than others. I thought the dining area needs improvement, especially how the food was presented along with the old countertops, etc.

"Terrible. They are not honest and are not well organised."

The property is good. The staff experience wasn’t . They overcharged us when we were leaving and did not return this over charge for days . During our stay the restaurants were double charging us by making us pay receipts and then also adding it on the room. We discovered it at check out but they refused for us to leave based on that without investigating it from their side as our word was not enough apparently . 2 weeks later they investigated and confirmed the mistake.

I asked the manager to call me to deal with this but the manager is too good to speak to anyone apparently.
