Al Husn Hotel Muscat

Our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. In general, the quality of the hotel and service was very poor and did not match the prices at all. Throughout our stay, we experienced extremely long waiting times for food, even for simple meals. Service felt disorganized and unprofessional, with staff often appearing confused and unprepared. Basic arrangements were also handled badly. Incorrect taxis were repeatedly ordered, and communication was lacking. The hotel has recently been taken over by the Hilton group, this was never communicated to guests. The New Year’s Eve dinner was especially disappointing. We paid €350 per person for a dinner advertised as including champagne and an eight-course menu, but instead received only four courses and cheap prosecco. Nothing was as promised. The food was the worst I have ever eaten. Overall, this hotel is far too expensive for what you receive. I would definitely not return and cannot recommend it.

Arabischer Stil, ruhig, Personal hervorragend in Freundlichkeit und Arbeitsflow . Die Lage ist wunderschön. Für uns zusammen mit Al Bustan die schönste Location in Oman/Muscat. Da ab 2026 Managementwechsel hoffentlich kein Verlust des oriental feeling

Hotel, personal, location is just amazing. Especially private beach :)

Gym should be much better in my opinion, it is not easy to cover basics needs. And I would improve a bit food (not bad, but could be better)
