De Waterkant Townhouse with pool access 116 DWP

The Location was ideal, nice neighbourhood and close to the V&A. The pool was nice but shared with other apartments. The kitchen was well equipped but we ate out most of the time as its not expensive. Aircon during summer was a dream. Each room had its own and the living room had one too.

There was rubbish left in the bin and it smelt really really bad as if it was there for days. I think the bathroom with the shower could maybe also do with a deep clean.

The location is lose to most amenities

Great location , spacious , comfy beds and furniture , lovely modern kitchen, wifi worked well , no loadshedding.

The apartment is a little tired in certain areas and needs a refresh as that let's it down. Small things , needing a paint , bathroom door needs replacing, it's old and cannot lock.

Space. Very comfortable.

Nothing

Location but little hard to find.

There isn't anything we dislike.

it was perfect for family stay. Very clean and modernized.
