location, cleanliness and comfort were all up to scratch, very security conscious which was good and gated

No WIFI or TV in the room, bathroom, specifically shower not great - the door opened inwards and made getting in/out quite difficult

Average accomodation, reasonable room space. Very good option tacking into account the purpose - almost whitin the airport terminal 3. Very convenient to sleep a couple of hours (7) between flights.

Nothing!

This was the worst accommodation that I have used since booking regularly with Booking.com. The reception staff were unhelpful and poorly trained. The lifts were temperamental. The room facilities were very basic and unsuitable for entertaining a conference colleague for a drink and snacks that evening. The bed was not comfortable - essentially a glorified camp bed. The shower was weak and the shampoo had clearly been 'watered down' I booked this hotel for one night to be close to the airport (which it is) and to have use of a pool before leaving. When I went for an early morning swim I was informed that the pool is always closed on Mondays, for cleaning. As no-one was cleaning the pool I entered the pool but was challenged by a security guard and ordered to leave. At no time and nowhere in the reservation process was there any information about the regular pool closure. If this had been made clear when booking I would have chosen an alternative airport hotel, with a pool. Finally, when checking out the receptionist refused to provide me with a printed invoice/receipt, referring me to my booking agent.
