On the Toilet missing cleaning tool/brush for toilets. Everithing else was greath.

Everything was wonderful, this is my second time staying at this property and I enjoy it .

I love that the price was affordable and the Airbnb was so clean and it was like a home away from home. Me and my group will definitely be staying there again when we’re in that area again.

The Rug in the Master Bedroom soon may need to be changed out. The beds were a little low but were manageable to sleep in.

This property was centrally located & very near the State Farm arena we were attending plus the grocery stores,restaurants & the highways. The home was super cozy and very spacious and easy to enter. The decor is very modern and up to date. The tub in the master suit is everything! Has a real cute backyard with a privacy fence. The neighborhood was safe and diverse. We were comfortable there. It's also very close to the HBCU colleges in Atlanta.

There were quit a few black marks on the white walls/steps,a couple of very small holes, the carpeted rooms need to be cleaned or replaced. They have several stains on them that are mostly black. The upstairs white shower curtain in the bathroom the 2 rooms share needs to be washed or replaced. It has an orange grime tint on the bottom. The bottom of the table in the backyard is broken. The half bath downstairs has cobwebs behind the door at the bottom in between the corner of the wall & the door and it was very dusty. The hot water wasn't very hot. We had to wait a bit before the next person took a shower. Probably just need to turn up the hot water heater or it's going bad.

The bedrooms were super cute and cozy! The bathrooms were very clean and the downstairs was very welcoming! I had stayed in the king room and whoever decorated this place did so good! I would definitely recommend this place to little groups!

There’s a few small stains on the carpets and the location is a bit questionable, but honestly we didn’t have any troubles so it’s not that big of a deal!

Communication with the owner was excellent both before and during our stay. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable and the property was spacious. It was a pleasure to have separate bathrooms for the two bedrooms and a jack-and-jill setup for the other two. The floor plan was well thought out. A few snacks and basic items were also a nice touch.

While the surrounding neighbourhood isn’t as pleasant as this property, that’s not the owner’s fault. It’s more a reflection of most neighbourhoods in the area.
