Amazing Downtown Views - 3 Minutes to Downtown!

The place is a very nice little setup. Would work well for short and long term stays.

The only real downfall were the guest above us. The sound carried as we were on the bottom floor and at 12:25 we were serenaded with a drunken Chorus of "she never even called me by my name." I have no complaints with the property though.

Quiet location! I definitely feel like it's a hidden gem! The decor was nice! Same as in pictures! Spacious King size bed. The natural light through the windows was lovely! The host was so polite & professional! The host was very quick with responses and was very helpful!

It was very comfortable the owner was a lot of help with the stay .

I loved every single part

There was a bad smell. After investigating the smell I found a dead mouse under the kitchen sink.

The property was comfortable and spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen and convenient parking right outside. It’s also located close to some nice restaurants and viewing points of the city.

The only downside was accessing the property, which involved uneven steps with overgrown vegetation.

The location was fine and about a 10 minute drive from downtown Cincinnati.

The property owner was extremely rude. I booked this location for 4 people because it allowed me to do so on the website. He reached out to confirm our stay on the day of our check in and the message said for 8 people so I told him it was 4 like I booked previously. He then called me and said the unit didn’t fit 4 people and our stay would be cancelled. I told him that’s the number I booked for but it ended up being 3 of us that would be staying. He did allow us for 3 of us to stay but said we would be watched on the cameras and if there were 4 of us, our booking would be cancelled and no refund. He also spoke very rudely to me during messages when asking for a refund due to uncleanliness and told me he should’ve charged me more. The shower was dirty and there were dirty marks all over the walls throughout the unit. The WiFi was horrible. The landscaping was unkept and a hazard. The door code didn’t work the entire time during our stay. The flooring in the unit wasn’t laid correctly and had multiple gaps in between the pieces. Overall, just not a great place to stay and would not recommend.
