Nice clean modern fully equipped with everything you need.

The static caravan was excellent, very well equipped, comfortable and very roomy, very clean and modern and seemed as though it was practically new. Added bonus was you could park your car on a driveway to the side of the property. It also had decking to the front and side of it and a gate which could be shut, so was ideal to let our dogs outside without them wandering off. Excellent communication throughout by the host Andrew who was very attentive and helpful. The site overall was lovely, set in nice surroundings with excellent facilities on site such as a modern bar and restaurant, pool table and small shop inside Coghurst Hall. Also a swimming pool although we didn’t use it- good for younger children though as not very big size. Near to the lake, there are also areas to walk dogs such as a large open field and extensive woods. The roads outside of the site were poor, various potholes to avoid down a few narrow country lanes which we sort of got used to after a while.

Only thing was a rather poor tv reception on some channels although the host did say this was being looked into and sorted out which I am sure it will be.

The Lodge was really comfortable and spotlessly clean. Had everything we needed for our stay.

Nothing to dislike. TV didn't work but that wouldn't stop us from coming back.I know that this will be corrected by the owner.

Caravan park was in a good position for visiting the local area. Caravan position was in a quiet area. Parking outside Caravan. Everything you need in the van plus extras like washing up liquid. Tea and coffee. Beds comfortable and single beds wider then the usual Caravan singles! Washing machine in place. Nice walks around the park. 5-10 min walk to club uphill.

Car is needed to get out and about. Did not see a bus stop near. Roads around Hastings are decorated in plenty of pot holes. Beware!

Wonderful holiday home. So clean and modern, and very comfortable. Really lovely location too. Hosts were brilliant and great communicators.

The place is modernized clean and spacious. We had a very comportable stay. Andrew is very accommodating to all queries and friendly as well. Were planning to go back to this place sometime in May or August.

Everything is fine but I will suggest to have a large wok for cooking or a complete set as we are group. The cooking ware is too small for a group of 4 to 6, anyway we have relaxing 1 night break . Thank you
