The flat was excellent quality and provided everything you could need and was well cleaned and maintained. Excellent secure parking and lift to flat. Communal areas were clean and it was quiet.

The master bed wasn't the most comfortable, kept rolling to the edges, but did manage to sleep. Just need a quick clean of inside of cupboards and extraction fans needed and turn the fridge door opening around as it opens towards the wall...

The smell in the en suite bedroom wasn’t pleasant

Spacious and comfortable apartment in good location. Staff very helpful when called for assistance. There is a lift up to the apartment from the basement garage which was great.

Re the lift from the basement garage, there is a key pad to access the area where the lift is located, we were not notified of the key code and needed to call the office for this information, fortunately we arrived in office hours. It would be helpful for future guests to be given this as part of the apartment information. Bath mats would have been useful for each bath/shower room, this is easily remedied. Also musty damp smell in bathroom as extractor fans not working, we were notified about this but not aware of the damp smell until we were there. This didn’t spoil our holiday.
