I am so disappointed with my recent stay. Unfortunately, the experience fell far below expectations for the following reasons: 1. Water leakage – There was water dripping from the ceiling onto the curtains and the bed. I got wet while sleeping, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable and concerning. 2. Unresponsive communication – Prior to check-in, I had sent queries that were left unanswered. Even during the stay, it was difficult to get timely assistance. 3. Parking issue and unresolved refund – I paid in advance for a reserved parking slot the day before arrival, but upon check-in, there was no reservation available. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have yet to receive the refund, which is highly disappointing. This experience was far from the quality expected based on your listing. I kindly request that you: 1. Process the refund for the parking fee immediately. 2. Take responsibility for the poor accommodation conditions. I hope to hear from you soon with a resolution. Otherwise, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter through the book
