Loved the location, neighbor with dogs was very nice. House was very clean and decorated very nicely. Fantastic appliance.

Internet connection was free thru xfinity, which didn't make it secure for our phone and laptop. If you had a guest password it would have been better. Need to have someone come and take out the bubbles in the vinyl flooring. Wish the laundry didn't cost.

It seemed comfortable inside but the outside was dated and not pleasant looking. No curb appeal. No driveway.

The neighborhood is beyond sketchy. Chain link fenced all around with “Beware of Dogs” and “No Trespassing” signs everywhere. Confederate flag flying a few doors down, and properties with make shift porches and garages. To call this the “perfect combo of comfort & charm” is false advertising. I wish we’d taken photos of this street/neighborhood, but we hastily got in our cars and left. The owner was responsive and defensive of the neighborhood but basically told us it wasn’t their problem we didn’t like the neighborhood. It was hillbilly ghetto. No, no, no.

Like the vicinity of the house. We liked the set up at the house. Needed for nothing. Close to down town, but not too close to listen to the hustle and bustle.

1. Property was dirty. One bedroom full of dirty laundry. Other bedroom there was little brown bugs in bed. I had to wash sheets before I would sleep in them. If it was bed bugs they were not coming home with me. On Saturday we come back to house and they had changed the code on the door. She was in immediate response finally got us back in.

I loved that it was close to shopping n food but also just far enough away from it to be secluded! Super easy to find and to get into. Exact type of place I would rent !

The neighborhood was a little sketchy

Great home, quiet, clean and very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again with no hesitation
