Cleaniness to be improved(floor dusty, bed lining and sheets not fresh). Some kitchen utensils (kitchen towel, dish dryer holder etc).

A pleasant, comfortable apartment with simple, modern and quality facilities; with good views.

There was little information on how to get the key and how to enter the apartment. As the guide photos included in the confirmation e-mail were not in order and e.g. the photo leading to the lift is ambiguous, it would be useful to give guests some information about the steps guests arriving by car should take to enter the apartment (e.g. where to park the car to collect the key and parking card; or use a parking card to enter the garage; which lift to take to get up to the apartment; RFID badge to start the lift).

Apartment was really beautiful, comfortable and clean. Instructions for the key were so clear. I really loved to stay here.

Good location, close to the train station which enable easily move to Wien or other cities.

The quality of bed linens/sheets was not acceptable.. it seems not clean properly, but the host was very kind and communicable, lines got changed after I mentioned. You have to pay city tax which need to transfer to the host’s account separately. I’d like pay just once when I book the room, rather than when I left I have to pay again.

1st, we got detailed instructions how to get there. Owner was very kind and polite. 2nd, very nice apartment, clean and conected with city center. In front of apartment are stores, bakery, coffe shop. Acros the street there are bus and train station. We enjoyed are staying there.

The apartment was exactly like the photos, very comfortable bed, well equipped by TV, dish washer and laundry machine and referegator. Not in the city center but access to public transport was great. The flat was bright and quiet.

Unfortunately, they didn't provide any shampoo or shower gel for the bathroom, capsule for dish washer and laundry machine, or any paper tissue for kitchen or room.

Good location, very close to public transport and some shops. It has free private parking. It was very clean.

The staff didn't mention about the extra tourist tax, which is quite pricy, until our last day there. We've had an incident with some drunk men near the apartament, so it's not that of a quite and safe area. The apartament doesn't have any way of brewing coffee and when i wash the dishes i don't have a place for them to dry. There is a washing machine and a laundry machine, but there is no detergent for any of them.

The room was really modern! The bathroom and the toilet was very clean, as well as the bedroom and the small kitchen. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were very nice. It was very useful to have a small desk and some chairs (3) to take a seat on. The wifi was also working well. Overall a nice room!

We were at first very confused about the entrance. We didn't know we had to follow the photo's, so we just walked into the building without the keys. Later on we noticed the photo's that we had received, so eventually we did find the keys. But it was quite an adventure! So reminder: Don't forget to look at your messages.

I liked the location of the apartment, convenience and cleanliness.

I lived for 6 days, but did not know where to take out the garbage, so I left it in the room.
