"It was bad due the fact of the property owner"

The location !

The owner of the property didn’t did what it promised to reimburse me 30% of 2 nights because of the lock of taking care the water heater issue!

"Great location, home need improvement"

Location

The home design is nice, but detail wise, I can tell it's a lot of patch up work. I had to endure several spiders , roaches, and ants in lower level. Washer worked but dryer didn't dry. Towels and sheets had stains on them. The air filter, was full and haven't been cleaned. No TVs in (4)rooms, also those rooms had to share a AC unit . Several guest wasn't happy! The shower pressure was low on upper level, I can say a splash pad had more water quality then this location. The stairs from lower level to second floor was terrible!! Holes in wall and the stairs were very weak. Parking , was also a hassle!! Don't expect to fit two cars in the drive way. Street parking at night time is impossible. Other then several issues, the host was easy to talk too and these issues were brought to the host attention.

"Nice place for the short time occupied"

Space, decor , bedroom televisions

House was hot, ceiling fan made noise (master bedroom) so hard to sleep if used it. Living room TV would not connect to a WiFi
