Bee Chic in SoJo w/hot tub+gym+local ski slopes

The apartment is clean and has a very homey feel. The kitchen is well stocked. The hosts are responsive and friendly. This is a great place to stay and has everything you’ll need to enjoy your home away from home.

The hot tub had a part missing and was not functional. This is in the works of being repaired as of 12/5/24

The space was comfortable and worked well for our family trip. The owner is super responsive to questions and had issues resolved amazingly fast.

The kitchen is a little under equipped compared with other places I'd stayed like this, but nothing we couldn't navigate around.

The location was great close to a lot of shopping and indoor & outdoor activities. The beds and couches were very comfortable and it has a washer and dryer that is always a plus. Everything worked perfectly other than one small issue with an outlet breaker flipping. Another plus is they offer a garage to park in which is really nice. The apartment was as pictured. While it was decorated in a pleasant way quite a few updates could be done to help in the aesthetics of the apartment. Great communication response time with the owner and his management team.

The kitchen wasn’t well furnished. It had minimal items for cooking and cleaning. The bathrooms were not cleaned regularly we found mold growing in the bathroom and when we brought it up with the owner he responded with a snarky response that he had photographic evidence that it was clean before but he was sorry it wasn’t clean enough for my standards. He did not seem to sincerely apologize and offer assistance at all until I told him I also had photographic evidence of it not being cleaned to which he asked for the photos then after that he offered to have someone come and deep clean the bathrooms. Don’t get me wrong the apartment it’s self appeared to be cleaned but it appeared as if his cleaning crew did not do their job. I just wish he would’ve apologized for the issue up front and not made it seem as if we were being over the top with the issue.

The property was large and very quiet. Grounds are clean and all staff were friendly/helpful. Within minutes of notifying the host of issues with the washing machine, maintenance was knocking at the door and willing to assist! Bee is a very responsive host and makes all amenities available for you to be fully comfortable during your stay.

It was bright, pretty, and very clean. Great service. I was able to reach out with questions, and they were very helpful. I will stay there again!

It really was wonderful! There was nothing to not like about our stay.

It was in the middle of so many things to do! Theaters, shopping, restaurants and grocery stores. There were plenty of kitchen tools for cooking and when we needed a couple of other things Brigham the just was fantastic!! Best hands on host I’ve ever encountered!! I would definitely stay there again!!
