The building where the apartment is located is old, weird, dirty, and poorly maintained. To enter the building, you use five keys. Having so many keys indicates that the place is not safe. When we entered the apartment, we saw that the stairs and the upper floor were not cleaned. There were dirty towels in the bathroom. Since the dirty towels were hanging in the bathroom, we thought they were clean and accidentally used them. The pillows in the living room were very dusty, causing us to have an allergy attack. The curtains were also dirty. But most importantly, we had never rented such an empty apartment in our lives. There was nothing in terms of hygiene or products, such as shampoo, shower gel, cotton, laundry detergent, which are usually available. However, there was nothing in this house. It had a kitchen, but basic needs like salt or oil, which are usually available in the houses we rent, were not present. The towels they provided were terrible. They gave us two very thin, paper-like, and very short towels that couldn't cover our bodies. Additionally, the bathroom was terrible. One of the shower doors was missing, so the entire bathroom gets wet. It becomes a pool right after taking a shower because the water takes a long time to drain; the drain doesn't work properly. The same problem occurred with the sink. There were constant clogs. It took a very long time for the accumulated water to go down. They didn't provide any hair or hand-face towels either. In addition, the room was not comfortable at all. The sofa was very uncomfortable. My allergy was triggered by the dust on the pillow on to the sofa. During the days we stayed, there was construction in the building, and we woke up to the noise at 8:30 in the morning. The apartment owner did not warn us about this at all. We tried to contact them to address our issues, but no one wanted to communicate with us. We have never had such a bad experience. It was not affordable either.

The apartment is located in an old building with inner yard and tiny elevator at the same distance from two significant places - Downtown and Heroes Square about 15 min on foot. This place is quite cozy and warm you will get everything you want to feel comfortable. Nice and cozy.

Parking infront of the building allows to leave car only for 3 hours and quite expencive. There is a private parking in 200 meters for 10000 HUF a day. Floor was dusty, our white socks got black in a minute as we walked over the room, but we fixed it, asking host a vacuum cleaner and a mop. A bunch of keys, to get inside you have to unlock 2 locks on the outer grid 2 locks on the door to a common space and finally - lock on the entrance door into apartment. All about safety, but this is really hard. Make it easier please.
