"Average hotel. Poor management ..left a fake review for himself by hacking my booking account!"

Restaurant staff were nice. Hot water was good..liked the hotel managers creative dishonesty!

Scammed by hotel owner for fake review on booking.com..he's been reported. They do this by asking for your booking confirmation on the phone and taking a picture of your phone, where they can use your pin number to leave a fake review. Get around this by don't showing them your phone , And just reading out the booking confirmation. This hotel is called the Vashisht on booking.com. It's listed as being in manali When you book and receive a booking confirmation. There's something dodgy going on here.Because there are two names and two different places for the same hotel. It's an average hotel decent hot water supply.The restaurant food is okay , but nothing special.
