There was no electricity upon check in because they didnā€™t recharge it, we had to wait for over an hour for this to be resolved .This was an inconvenience because we were travelling with an 8 months old baby.

I absolutely loved my stay! The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a stunning view. I really enjoyed using the Smeg appliances - they added a touch of luxury to the experience. The shower was great, and having access to such a wide variety of TV subscriptions made relaxing in the evenings even better. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Overall, a fantastic experience - Iā€™d definitely stay here again!

While I enjoyed my stay overall, there were a few things that could be improved. Firstly, the apartment felt quite empty compared to how it was presented in the listing photos. Also, the additional cleaning fee of R500 per day seemed excessive - especially for a vacation stay, where youā€™d expect cleaning to be included. For four adults staying three nights, we were only provided with one roll of tissue per bedroom, which was definitely not enough. Lastly, it would have been great if the couch were an L-shaped one to comfortably seat all four of us.

The place was beautiful, clean, and exactly as shown in the pictures. The security on-site was helpful and made us feel safe throughout our stay. Communication with the host was quick and efficient, which made checking in and out smooth. The only downside was the unexpected R2000 damage deposit, which wasnā€™t clearly stated beforehand and came as a surprise. Other than that, everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay!
