The checkin process was quick, easy and efficient. The security Mr MP went out of his way to take us to the parking and even assisted us with the luggage up to the apartment.

The location, space, quality of facilities, staff service, security and convenience

There was a challenge to set up the access app on my mobile due to using an international number but we had no issues after this was resolved.

One chair broke and did not get any feedback when i reported this. Whatsapp response were slow or non existent. I needed 30 min more before checking out, sent a message requesting this and tis was not responded to
