"A lovely bright and clean house in a perfect location."

It was very clean and everything seemed new, we felt that we must have been the first visitors. There was nothing old or tatty, and no fusty smells. It was all very bright and fresh. The bathroom didn’t have any mould on the grout or sealant, the shower had good power and the hot water and heating worked well. The house was very close to supermarket and only 2 minutes from the sea front. It was all perfect.

"Perfect location for a family with young teens, just outside the town center"

Location was great for us. Lots of space in the house for 3 teens to spread out. The property was very clean and the bed and furnishings very comfortable. Definitely would stay again. If you can manage the ebb and flow of parking through the day you can also get parked outside the property. Excellent access to a big Morrissons over the road.

Not a huge issue, but cooking needed a few window open without an extractor fan. Really no unforeseen issues or dislikes

Lovely and clean. Loved the pictures on the wall!! Just a very Cromer cottage!

Would be nice to have had clothes washing facilities, but that’s if I’m just really digging deep!

"Cosy stay"

Location was great, only a short walk to the beach and centre. The house was cosy, nicely decorated and very clean. There was everything we needed even a small garden, very useful if you have a dog.

Water pressure in the shower was a bit weak.

How wonderful it was to read about the history of the property. We felt so at home there and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves whilst in the area.

Not anyone’s fault but the hot water and heating would’ve been a lovely welcome but I understand the nature of boilers!! Thanks for helping so quickly and promptly with heaters and other options. Marvellous!
