Victoria Place

The property was very well equipped, had everything we needed for cooking and washing up. Beds were very comfy, and shower was fantastic. Beds also very comfortable, and place was clean and easy to find with good parking. Really nice outdoor area as well.

The Host did not give any checkout instructions, which as they had taken a security deposit was a concern in case they then took some deposit for an unknown requirement. This did not happen though, all the deposit was returned. Only one toilet for 4 people is a slight inconvenience.

Great location. Modern and very clean and comfortable with quiet bedrooms. Excellent Wi-Fi and parking opposite accommodation. Outside seating area.

Couple of minor things. Tea/coffee hadn’t been replenished. Dirty laundry bags left in the hall by the front entrance.

Was exactly as described. Had everything we required.

Having to leave a deposit.

I wasnt aware of £200 deposit until i was stood outside property. This should have been made clearer from the start.

It was a clean and very quiet area. Parking easy to access and host really easy to contact

Everything was pristine second time we have come we stayed at number 2 last time.

The property was clean and modern. The beds are exceptionally comfortable. Had it not of been raining we definitely would’ve used the outdoor space. The hosts were really good at answering questions and communicating throughout the booking and stay.

Two tiny points which may help others when booking. It would have been useful to have a small picture of the outside of the property, so that we knew what we were looking for. When we pulled up as it took us longer than it probably should to realise which property it was. There was also only one tiny mirror in the whole property.

The decor and facilities were new and plush

There were a couple of repairs which were needed. The company responded quickly and they were completed at our convenience
