The bathroom sink was kind of small.

Spacious, clean, well thought out, professional individuals, loooooove the living room mirror, get a full Mirror but great place

No dryer,scissors. Pool seperate from property, having to go to the basement to throw trash, there’s cockroaches

Building and unit is neat and well kept but The fact that only 1 number can be registered to access the doors, Should be at least 2 numbers for convenience. My Justin app decided not to read/ detect the locks on night 2, had to get a card from the security. Incovenience..... Infront of unit 002 there's a locked door with aircon units and there is forever a pool of water on the floor right infront of the unit. Safety Hazard

I like the fact that it was facing the ocean, I like that I can cater for myself. I like it because it was close to gateway shopping centre, facility had a swimming pool and gym. The security part is tops. Safety come first which was my concern. I love everything about the apartment. It will be my second home when I come to Umhlanga. Communication with flawless and understood rules and regulations was clear .

I didn’t like the fact that the do not cater for cockroaches. If you provide dish soap you should also cater for cockroaches maybe and mosquito. I don’t think one should be charge for cleaning services and changing of bed linen and towels. It should be included in the total amount that one pay for the duration of the stay.

The check in process was very simple. The location was great. Overall a very comfortable stay. Beautiful wrap around balcony and great facilities. Great gym facility especially. Super comfortable beds. Loved it!

On check in, we were initially told that we could only have one phone loaded with access to the facilities and the apartment, but this was quickly solved by a message to the agent, who arranged a secondary card. Very responsive. There isn't a door in the ensuite bathroom of the second room - which isn't missing, I've just noticed that this is the latest design craze in many of the apartments in Umhlanga lol. Nothing that we couldn't work around.

There was no plug adapter for the hairdryer. And I would suggest a dressing table in the rooms.
