Bright and cozy, with great location and transportation.

If you are traveling by car with foreign plates, I strongly recommend finding a safer place than a free parking lot nearby.

Really clean well maintained apartment in a quiet building and quiet area

Very friendly and very helpful. The apartment was clean and provide high service. Thanks for water, snaks, fruts, coffee and beer!!! The apartment have all facilities: washing machine, coffee machine, TV, High speed internet, air conditioning, refrigerator, towels, cutlery, etc.

Great location: walking distance both to Oceanografic and to the inner town. Several supermarkets nearby. Air conditioning and the washing machine were great in the heat wave. Furniture & deco were practical and cozy.

Great and big apartment, very clean, communication with the host was great, Julia and Sandra were very friendly and the location was good (we got very fast anywhere)

Clean, good design, all stuff for cooking. Presents for guests.

Apartment itself is extremely clean, spacious and comfortable. Obviously, the host does her best for the guests and takes care of them: welcome snacks, water, beer and milk in the fridge. Great!

I think it’s important to mention that the apartment has very poor sound insulation: you can hear the dog barking every day from 7 am until midnight. In the bedroom you can hear the neighbors talking and the baby crying. Also, the apartment is situated in an old building. Broken bottles, unpleasant entrance. I think, the building pics should be mentioned in description - not to mislead people.

The apartment itself was spotless. Keyless entrance is a plus and the host was very caring and communicative.

The location close to the arts center and park is great, but the block or barrio itself is a bit dodgy.

The apartment was nice ,clean and on an excellent location close to main attractions . Parking was a breeze.
