Zuallererst ist das Haus in einem tollen Zustand und sehr sauber. Des weiteres liegt es direkt in Strandnähe, man erreicht das Meer innerhalb wenigen Minuten zu Fuß. Nach einer Woche wurden uns frische Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Küchentücher und Tischdecken gebracht. Ein Service, den ich in noch keinem Ferienhaus hatte. Sehr toll! Die Vermieter haben mir bei jeglichen Fragen so schnell wie möglich geholfen. Alles in allem, kann ich das Haus sehr empfehlen!

"Schöne große Unterkunft für einen Strandurlaub"

Weniger als 5 Minuten vom Strand Große Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlagen Moderne Ausstattung

Die anderen Häuser in der Straße zum Teil etwas heruntergekommen und man blickt von der Terasse auf eine Einfahrt von einer vermutlich Werkstatt. Im Bad gab es ein paar kleine Ameisen.

Posizione ottima, a 200 metri dal lungomare e dalla spiaggia. Ristoranti vicinissimi e non troppo affollati. Parcheggio gratuito all'interno della struttura. Ampi spazi sia all'interno che all'esterno della villetta.

Dopo aver provato l'ingresso al parcheggio interno, ho preferito parcheggiare la macchina all'esterno. Purtroppo il battente a terra del cancello sporgeva troppo e il fondo della mia macchina toccava. Attenzione ai possessori di macchine con il fondo basso.

"A home away from home"

Villa Sole is a lovely home away from home. It is well equipped and very clean. There are all the necessities for a comfortable holiday. The car port is a super plus as you don't have any parking problems. Same goes for the washing machine and the outdoor shower. Caterina and her husband greeted us warmly and communication with them was really easy. The beautiful sandy beach is just a 3 minute walk down the road from where you can watch the sun rise. Nearby there are very good restaurants and bars where you can expercience delicious local cuisine in a friendly atmosphere. A highly recommended holiday home which I am looking forward to visit again soon.

Nádherná Villa Sole splnila na 100% naše očakávania, všetko bolo krásne a nové, boli sme tretí hostia. Veľmi blízko je krásna piesočná pláž, reštaurácie aj talianska zmrzlina. Výborná poloha na výlety a spoznávanie krás Sicílie. Ďakujeme 😊

Remise des clés avec beaucoup d'attention et de sympathie. Explicatif des commodités, triage des déchets. Petit déjeuner Sicilien et Diner avec plein de spécialités Sicilienne préparé par la maman de Caterina et très bonne ambiance familial. Maison à deux pas de la mer. Douche à l'extérieur. Cuisine, SdB, Chambre confortable avec bonne climatisation. Proche de Syracuse. Caterina et Salvatore toujours là pour nous faire passer de bonnes vacances. Très bon wifi. Vraiment un séjour très agréable et confortable. Nous reviendrons à nouveau.
