Shoyaib was an exceptional host. Very helpful and friendly.

Heating maybe could have been put on as we arrived.

Cleanliness. House was very clean and tidy. Sky TV and smart TV options allowed us to watch some shows which was nice. Good clean towels and bed lined was fresh and very clean.

Sofa isn't comfy so couldn't enjoy watching football or TV . Wish they had sachets of coffee of tea or some basics to have as breakfast like other hotels or Airbnb have. Not that costly but a nice touch and saves the guests having to go and buy basics for a morning tea.

I enjoyed how clean everything is.

Immediatley Upon arival staff member was rude because i had just turned 18. Apparentley No visitors are allowed on the premises althpugh when showing evidence that on the site i booked the house from it didnt stste no guests where allowed i was verbally abused. Although i booked a 3 bedroom house the staff locked 2 of the 3 bedrooms. Was told cannot eat on the premises or its classed as a party. Wqs insulted by Staff Member. When asked what to do due to being charged twice for the property staff was rude and didnt listen to anyone. Another Staff member who owned the property arrive and clearly explained what to do to get the extra payment back. During this time the original staff member i met up with was insluting my guest and me and when told to stop but the owner still insited on being rude.

Modern feel but in my opinion not really recommended for older couples (like us) or families with children that require a little more comfort or a longer stay. Health & safety issues need to be focused on. However, the hosts were lovely and willing to assist when needed.

Not too sure what the target audience is for the house but it appeared to be for students only. However, property was exceptionally clean, but the decor/refurbishment is unfinished and there are exposed pipes, electrics and cables and the front door is missing its letterbox. Described with a garden view but I had the blind down permanently as there is a garden but not worth looking at! The property is also very good for people who enjoy ear-shattering plane spotting. I have never stayed in accommodation with close low-flying planes with their landing gears ready for touchdown, so it was quite an anxious time for me! However, after the second nights' stay,, you kind of get used to this! This however is my fault entirely for not researching properly as I do not like planes, noise or crowded areas!

The owner was very kind and helpful ..lovely little house perfect for airport and NEC ..train station across the road ..would definitely stay again 😍
