Modern Living Mountain&ocean View 100m To Beach

Good location, comfortable apartment.

Access to the building was a nightmare. No wifi, no qr code. No light on the stairs (I fell down). Door to the family bathroom has no privacy.

Location is excellent but my family are all in the immediate area so it was convenient. I was interested in location and apartment facilties above access a beach etc.

Secure. The kitchen is very well equipped we made some great meals. Easy walk to Tops Spar and all the amenities. There is a washing machine but the laundry on Queens/Main do it too quickly and easily.

Everything. It was clean and tidy, central, good amenities and our host checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Much appreciated. Thank you.

Another great stay here! As a repeat guest, it’s easy to keep coming back—this place just works perfectly. It’s spacious, comfortable, and clean. The location is a big win too, with everything you need just a short walk away. Nice to see the recent updates with new crockery and decor too—it keeps the place feeling fresh. The hosts were great as usual—quick to respond and super helpful. There was a bit of construction nearby, but that’s happening all over Cape Town at the moment and it didn’t bother us at all. The apartment itself is still quiet and very relaxing. The two balconies are a big plus—I often worked from them in the mornings before heading out and relaxed there in the evenings with the beautiful sunsets. It's close to everything (beach, restaurants, shops all within 5 minutes), and the building feels very safe with helpful concierge/security. We will definitely be back again!

Gute Lage, geräumige Wohnung

Extrem laut, Baustelle direkt neben dem Schlafzimmer. Dadurch war nicht nur Baulärm vorprogrammiert, sondern auch ein nicht nutzbarer, stark verdreckter Balkon. An lange schlafen oder arbeiten in der Wohnung war nicht zu denken. Diese Info hätten wir uns vorher gewünscht, da wir sonst definitiv nicht gebucht hätten. Die Wohnung ist außerdem nicht mehr so schlicht wie auf den Bildern, sondern wurde mit geschmackloser Dekoration ausgestattet (das war unser persönlicher Eindruck). Schade, weil es nicht dem entsprach, was man gebucht hat. Des Weiteren war die Küche sehr schlecht ausgestattet. Extrem alte und abgenutzte (verbogene) Pfannen, unbrauchbare Messer, nicht funktionierender Toaster etc. Hier müsste mal wieder investiert werden. Keiner erwartet beste Qualität bei der Ausstattung, aber es sollte doch nutzbar sein.

It’s close to restaurants and the beach… easy walking distance. The check was smooth as was the check out, the host Shamiel, constantly checked on us to ensure comfort. Very much appreciated!

Nothing at all.

Exceptionally clean and fantastic location. The place was spotless, fresh, and very well maintained. Has all the necessary amenities, a bonus of two balconies with beautiful views of the ocean and mountains, and is a 5 min walk to the ocean. The location and security are excellent. Close to the beaches, popular restaurants, and shops, and quiet in the evenings with comfortable beds so we always have a great sleep. The place is comfortable, professionally managed, and always to top standard. Security was great and smooth check in/check out process. No problems with building access. Communication with the hosts was fantastic, as per usual, and they are super helpful and friendly. Excellent value for money. This is our favorite place to stay in Cape Town. We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended!

The place was perfect.

The security of the place , neighborhood safety, variety of supermarkets, and variety of restaurants within 100m . Just so close to the beach. We enjoyed night strolls as family and we felt safe . High speed internet available. Bonus - Lots of expensive luxurious cars around the neighborhood—that fascinated my teenager, who loves cars

The rooms are rather on the small size but okay- and that cant be changed . Unfortunately, one of the cupboards where an electricity box is had roaches the rest of cupboards were okay . Too bad we opened that cupboard first, and it wasn't a great experience . Howveer the owner was kind enough to send someone to clean the following day but the cleaner still missed the cupboard
