Comfortable 2BR Home 10 Min to Durham Cathedral

The location is good and parking is outside the house or very nearby.

First impressions were fine especially the modern kitchen but soon we found things that let us down. After a day or so we had no wifi or tv and had to report this. We were told to reset the router but there was no router and the next day we found that the router was in the next door property and the occupants had switched it off. This had to be sorted by the maintenance man.It was not ideal that we had to rely on the occupants of another property for wifi! We found a lot of dust on the floor, lamps in bedroom and living room which had no connection as well as other safety issues which we reported. Outside had 6 or 7 bags of rubbish which had not been put out on the street for collection. A great pity as this could really be a great property to use as a base for seeing Durham.

Quite and clean. All furnishings and facilities are fully functional. The customer service staff are friendly and willing to help. Perfect experience!
