"Was a terrible experience"

2.0

The Master bedroom was spacious enough and the house keeper was quick to listen to our complaints and try to trouble shoot it. There is a shop beside the house where you can get toiletries, water or drinks.

It was a very terrible experience for me and my family. The house wasn't cleaned. Dirt from the last person who stayed there was under the chairs and beds. On the first night, we couldn't sleep all night because the inverter batteries are weak and didn't last half of the night. The owner of the property said he wasn't going to put on the Gen because the pricing for the facility is too low. However, he promised that the solar panel and inverter would work. That wasn't the case. Electricity was unavailable most of the day and night. The house was consistently hot. We were sweating profusely all day and night. We had to carry the bedroom fans to the living room everytime we needed to leave the room. On the second day, I called the facility owner but he didn't pick or return the call. The house keeper couldn't do anything to help also. Even during the day, the inverter didn't work but we couldn't stay outside also. There was too many mosquitoes. For the remaining two nights, we had to buy fuel worth 20k so that we could at least sleep for 4 hours at night. We left the place with plenty mosquito bites. The gas burners in the kitchen burned slowly, the tap in the bathroom wasn't rushing and the drainage was blocked. So you had to stand in your bath water. The second bathroom consistently had water on the floor after a bath so my kids had to use the toilet in the sitting room during the day. There are only two bathrooms for a three bedroom apartment, so the other two rooms had to share the external bathroom there. On arrival, we weren't given any water or soap at all. The wardrobe in the master bedroom didn't have any rails so we couldn't hang our clothes. The center table in the living room had a glass top set on defective wooden legs and was left there. Is that a case of whoever takes the property and mistakenly pushes the table will pay for the damage? I practically told my kids to stay away from the table.
