"Buyer beware. They don’t give you all the info."

The house and location are good. Beware of the false advertising. You get no access to the garage. There is a second Casita in your driveway that could be rented by other people while you’re there. The pool is freezing cold, and they only tell you once you check in that it’s $150 per day to heat it. The only way to get the hot tub turned on and off is to call the property manager and have them do it remotely. It took about three hours to get it up to temp on the first car. The house itself is great other than a few weird things. No wastebasket in any of the bedrooms or bathrooms. No manual on how to use the TV or any of the appliance. We waited like 15 minutes on the line with the property manager to try and figure out how to turn on the electric cooktop, but fortunately found a video on YouTube eventually. The outdoor barbecue is in poor condition, and was not strong enough to work well on a windy night, which is common there. The communication with the property manager was excellent, but you really shouldn’t have to contact them so much. They leave a really nice welcome package with some swag, and things to get you through a few days. Not sure if I would stay there again in hot weather, because the pool situation Is such an impact on the pricing?
