MYMYThe rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essentials—comfortable beds, air conditioning, a mini-fridge, oven & water heater.
First, the parking situation was frustrating — although it was advertised as free, I was charged on arrival on a very last minute. This kind of misleading information creates unnecessary inconvenience. Second, check-in was troublesome because the previous guest placed the key in the wrong mailbox. It took extra time and effort to locate the key. A more reliable key handover process would improve the guest experience significantly.
