It's near the airport, clean and has all the essential stuff. We needed only a night sleep before our flight so chose based on location.

We traveled in February and there's only one air conditioner in the living room which is not enough to warm up an entire apartment, so it was chilly in bedrooms and bathrooms. I guess it should be fine for any other season except winter when it's really cold at night.
