Bed of Roses APT 2, Premium, Designer decorated

The apartment is nice, clean, and in an excellent location.

Since it was the beginning of the Advent season, the parking was full and difficult to find, which is understandable in the city center. However, a much bigger issue was the bed – on one side the slats were missing or kept falling off, making the sleeping surface unstable and uncomfortable. We had to fix them three times, which was very annoying, as the bed is a basic element of a comfortable stay. We contacted the host/owner; we received only a short “sorry” from one person, while the owner did not respond at all, which felt quite unprofessional. Because of the lack of responsiveness and the poor-quality bed, I unfortunately cannot give a higher rating, even though the apartment itself has potential.

Все! И комфорт и расположение. Отношение хозяина к гостям, разрешил поселиться раньше времени заезда.

Не работала система обогрева комнаты. Дали нам отдельный обогреватель.

Cistoca, nije imalo interneta, klima nije radila, peskiri su smrdeli.

Die Unterkunft an sich war in Ordnung.

Es wäre gut, wenn außen an der Eingangtür eine funktionierende Lampe gäbe, damit man den Code am Schlüsseltresor einstellen kann. Parksituation vor Ort sehr schwierig. Man ist angewiesen auf das Parkhaus in der Nähe. Ein Tagesticket kostet aktuell 13-14 euro. Vielleicht sollte bei der Reinigung darauf geachtet werden, dass nicht all zu stark riechende Reinigungsmittel verwendet werden. Ich musste länger lüften um den chemischen Geruch einigermaßen zu neutralisieren.

Objekt je u filterima bookinga označen kao da ima parking, a u biti morate platiti gradski parking. Što je u našem slučaju bio još ekstra iznos od 40e. Apartman je pun vlage, čistoća nije na razini. Za dvije osobe ostavljeni su mali ručnici i za broj dana i ljudi, sasvim nedovoljan broj ručnika. Samo dvije role toaletnog papira. Kompletno prazan, nema osnovne potrepštine. Krevet na jednoj strani upada, ima rupu. Sve u svemu jako loše i ne vrijedi koliko košta.
