Luxury 2 bed apartment, centre of the barbican!

Spacious, spotlessly clean, great location.

The beds were uncomfortable but saying that I’d still rebook as everything else was perfect.

The place was ideally located and it was beautifully decorated. Nice to have a large kitchen and 2 beautiful bathrooms. The host was wonderful with our luggage and made our stay very easy.

The mattresses were very very bouncy and not of good quality. The bedding was of poor quality. I did expect better quality mattresses and linens. We didn't sleep very well.

Location was great and tea and coffee was a nice touch

It was self catering we went to weatherspoons get what you pay for.

The steps outside nowhere to hold onto apart from wall going up but needs a handrail i have trouble walking up and down felt a bit scary as not really anything to hold onto.

The apartment was modern and clean and perfectly located to get around Plymouth. The Barbican was on your doorstep and it was about a 15-20min walk to the city centre and train station. Having an allocated parking space was a real bonus!

Some domestic noise in the evenings but you have to expect that given the apartment location.

Had everything we needed. Was very clean. Spacious. Good location.

The only thing that could be improved is a handrail for the steps outside. And the bedding / pillows could be upgraded. The duvet was very thin. We were not cold but would have been more comfortable. A shelf or ledge next to the bed instead of a chair would have helped. These are very minor things.

The WiFi was so slow and barely worked. The beds and pillows definitely need an upgrade, they were very thin. The comforters were slightly undersized and the slats under the mattresses could be felt while sleeping. The on-suite bathroom’s drain was very very slow to drain. The entire space could benefit from a woman’s touch, ie. washcloths and soap would be fantastic. The parking spot was extremely narrow, especially with a larger car and was not disclosed to us until after booking. Thankfully there was no damage done to the car, but this should be disclosed in the listing. We almost canceled it because of your email saying it was a nightmare.

Perfect location, clean & modern accommodation. Would definitely stay again

The Greek restaurant downstairs could be noisy with music at lunchtime and evenings.
