Good view

Had to wear a wristband for entirety of stay, lack of towels/basic kitchen supplies, was told they were to charge extra cleaning fee for my son getting a bit of jelly on the towels. Fire alarms were beeping for 14 hours after check in and oven wouldn’t work for 24 hours. Locks for door just push open with handle. My son had a seizure morning of checkout and we were a bit late in getting out (5-10 minutes). The cleaning staff wouldn’t leave and kept staring angrily until we could leave.

The towels were cream in color, when it supposed to be white. The comforter in the master bedroom had food stain, which looks like someone vomited! I called and let the owner know with pictures! Towels came a day later and comfort came 2 days later! I was not comfortable using anything at the place. I went to Costco and got towels and sheets! The faucet in one of the bathroom was broken, dishes was not enough for everyone! Look out for an additional $40 per night after paying for the place! You’re not allowed to park in the parking lot! So you have to pay $35 per day for valet parking!

Breakfast by the pool was delicious!

The unit was beautiful and the owner very responsive. We had a great view and the location was central to everything. The decor was simple and elegant. Beds were very comfortable. Everything was clean!!

We had a problem with flushing the master bedroom toilet. I think it will be a simple fix. Because we were 3 and wanting to divide all expenses, not having all expenses given to us up front in the total was very inconvenient. The $40 resort fee per night should be included in the up front price (added on is fine). It wasn't clear until after the non-refundable deposit was made.

The staff is very rude if you look like you don't have money you will be disrespected
