Lovely 3BR Manor Flat 5 min from Tivoli Gardens

DO NOT STAY HERE. Unfortunately we had a terrible experience with bed bugs. It was so bad in one of the bedrooms that one of our guests had to leave and find another accommodation, which was very costly. Upon discovering the bed bugs, we learned this is an issue with the apartment that has not been addressed and no further guests should ever be allowed to stay until the apartment if fully The proprietor (possibly a bot, really) has not yet responded to any messages. We are trying to seek remediation with the booking website but we are getting a call center number without much escalation. Save the hassle and find another place to stay.

Loved the apartment, very comfortable lay out and large rooms. Great location.

Apartment needs a proper deep cleaning. Floors were quite dirty. Could use a few more essential items like kitchen sponges and a dust pan to help guests keep place tidy.

The worst reservation ever made, blood stains on the bed, coffee machine not working, I asked them to take action and it was not done, very, very bad experience.

The location was great

Bedbugs in the main bedroom made the stay dreadful. My family were bitten and we couldn’t use the room. Property management company said they’d refund but didn’t after multiple attempts.

position, fast check/in and check/out, complete dotation on the kitchen. Taking the bus 5c from Kastrup you're in the house in less than 40 minutes, bus stop very strategic. Tivoli garden closed till 19/11 however very next to the location.

0 product present in the kitchen (salt-oil-pepper-coffee-tea as a suggestion...are always well accepted by the host at 0 cost i would say..) few towels and overall hard to think that the bathroom can be clean after each usage.

Large space, well designed. Perfect for big family.

The creaking floor has it’s own charm but it seems to be noisy to the downstairs neighbors…
